lounge / kitchen :
a sofa bed convertible into an extra bed in the main room, more suitable for children, reversible heating. 
fully-equipped kitchen: large 80x120 extension table, hob, sink, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, 12 place dishwasher,
crockery and cutlery.

Bathroom :
1 bathroom with shower, washbasin and hairdryer, separate toilet. 
garden tables and chairs, semi-covered wooden terrace
